Smoked Salmon and Watercress Salad with Blue Cheese

Smoked Salmon and Watercress Salad with Blue Cheese

  • 4oz smoked salmon
  • 6oz watercress
  • 1 small fennel bulb sliced thin
  • 1/4C red onion sliced thin
  • 2oz Amish blue cheese
  • 2Tbls olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Place watercress, salmon, fennel, and red onion into two bowls
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and squeeze lemon over salad
  3. Season with salt and pepper and top with blue cheese
